It’s nice to have too many tomatoes. This doesn’t always happen, so when it does I start looking for potentially delicious ways to consume them.
MAY 2012 * Des Moines Farmers' Market: May 12, 19, 26, 7 a.m. to noon (4th St. near Java Joe's)
* West Des Moines Historic Valley Junction Market: May 10, 17, 24, 31, 4-8 p.m.
* We will be at the Cedar Rapids Downtown Farmers' Market starting in June, and plants can be purchased at our farm by appointment
